By accessing and using LuckyWin ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and LuckyWin ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

To participate in LuckyWin draws, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of Pakistan
• Have a valid mobile number and email address
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Not be an employee or family member of LuckyWin

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Security:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• One person may only maintain one active account

Entry Requirements:

• Entry fee as specified for each draw
• Payment must be made through approved methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer)
• Valid payment screenshot and transaction ID required
• Multiple entries are allowed for the same draw

Entry Approval:

• All entries are subject to verification and approval
• We reserve the right to reject entries for any reason
• Approved entries will receive a unique token number
• Entry approval typically takes 24 hours

Prize Distribution:

• Winners are selected through a random, transparent process
• All prizes are genuine and come with proper documentation
• Prize delivery is free of charge to winners
• Winners will be notified via phone, email, and SMS

Prize Claim:

• Winners must claim prizes within 30 days of announcement
• Valid identification is required for prize collection
• Prizes cannot be transferred to third parties
• We reserve the right to verify winner eligibility

Our referral program allows users to earn commission by referring new participants:

• Rs. 10 commission per successful referral
• Commission is paid only once per referred user
• Referred user must make their first approved entry
• Self-referrals and fake referrals are prohibited
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs. 100

Payment Terms:

• All payments are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• Entry fees are non-refundable once approved
• Payment screenshots must be clear and complete

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs. 100
• Processing fee applies as per current rates
• Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours
• Only one pending withdrawal request allowed at a time

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Using fake or fraudulent payment information
• Attempting to manipulate the draw process
• Harassment of other users or staff
• Violation of any applicable laws
• Automated or bot participation

LuckyWin shall not be liable for:

• Technical issues or website downtime
• Loss of data or account information
• Delays in prize delivery due to external factors
• Third-party payment processor issues
• Force majeure events

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or website notification. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
